ENERGETIC FIRST AID-

FOR WHEN YOU FEEL REALLY AWFUL AND DON'T KNOW WHY...

CLEAN YOUR "HOUSE" 

When you don't feel well, often, the causes are attached energies that do not belong to you. To return these energies and balance your system is baseline energetic hygiene. It should be done by everyone at least twice a day. And btw, actually physically cleaning your house is also a great way to release old energies that do not serve you anymore. Decluttering is one one of the most effective and easy ways to (literally and energetically) make room for the new. 

Exercise 1 - clear your system


1. Sit with a straight spine and take a few normal breaths.

2. Try to extend the time of your exhale so it is longer than your inhale. Do not force it!

3. Repeat out loud 3x in a row (like you mean it):

"I return all energies that do not belong to me and that do not serve my highest good back to the people, places, and situations I got them from, through all dimensions and timelines of my being"

4. Take a few more breaths like before but this time try deep exhales. If you cannot breathe into your belly, send your breath into your middle or lower back to deepen it.

Exercise 2 - call your energy back


1. Sit with a straight spine and take a few normal breaths.

2. Try to extend the time of your exhale so it is longer than your inhale. Do not force it!

3. Place your hands on your things, palms facing upwards. Repeat out loud 3x in a row (like you mean it):

"I call all my energies, that I willigly or unwillingly gave away, back to me clean and clear, through all dimesions and timelines of my being".

4. Take at least ten more breaths like before, but this time, try deep inhales. If you cannot breathe into your belly, send your breath into your middle or lower back to deepen it.

5. State the intention: "I keep my energies with me."

ENERGETIC FIRST AID-

FOR WHEN YOU FEEL REALLY AWFUL AND DO KNOW WHY...

It is really quite simple. There is no first aid in this case. Instead, you should sit with and acknowledge your feelings. Why? Because the only real way out is through. Once you pay attention to your feelings, they usually willingly disapate, logically, as they are nothing more than your messengers. Here are some ways to listen to/get in touch with your feelings: 

1- for the FEELERS (Clairsentience)

 Simply feel the feeling. DO NOT cling to thoughts that come up in connection to the feeling. Do not judge them and let them pass. Try to focus on how the feeling feels physically inside your body. Feel it as long as it wants to be felt and do not judge yourself for having this feeling, no matter what other people try to tell you. Your feelings are valid, always. If symptoms of release occur (coughing, sneezing, yawning, crying, screaming, the desire to move), allow them. Stagnant energy becomes noticable when it begins to move. 

2- for the SEERS (Clairvoyance)
Give the feeling a shape, color, and texture. Is it moving or stagnant? Is it very heavy or is it light as a feather? Is the color vivid or dull? Once your feeling has properties, see if you can give it a face or at least a mouth. You can now start talking to it. It might take some time before the feeling trusts you enough to open up to you. If you do not immediately get a response, continue to sit with it without judging it. It helps to reassure the feeling that is has a right to exist. Once your feeling/the object you turned it into starts communicating with you, you can ask what it's purpose is and if it has something to tell you. Do not have this conversation with an attitude of resolve. Instead, be inquisitive and curious, open minded and patient, liKe you would when meeting someone new who you would like to be friends with. This way you will be gaining more information on the specific message the feeling wants to communicate to you.

3- for the HEARERS (Clairaudience) 

Grab a pen and paper. Take a few deep breaths and locate the feeling inside your body. Now imagine either giving the pen to the feeling or allowing the feeling to flow into your writing hand. Try not to think but just let the words come. You will hear them with you inner ear. Sometimes, they flow easily, sometimes they come one. word. at. a. time. Focus on listening and try not to think. Often, it can start quite odd or disorganized, sometimes the writing it can be aggressive, other times it can seem as if a child is holding the pen. Do not judge! With practice, you can switch perspectives between yourself and the pen+the feeling and you can ask questions that will be answered through your automatic writing. 

Fun fact: If this is easy for you, you are a channel. The higher you raise your vibration, the higher vibrational things and beings you can channel. 


Remember, feelings are simply messengers! Their perspective is often informed by trauma. What you chose to do with the messages is entirely up to you.

MOVE YOUR PHYSICAL BODY 

Here are some videos I highly recommend as first aid. Do not underestimate the power movement has on the pain body. Try them out, maybe one is exactly what you need.

This is usually an intense experience if you do it for the first time. You will most likely feel symptoms of release. If you feel as though you need to stop, DO NOT STOP. Power through, it will be worth it.

Exercise 3 - get in your body


1. Focus on your toes.

2. Wiggle them, curl them, and strech them.

3. Breathe into your right big toe. Exhale.

4. Breathe into your left big toe. Exhale. If you do not have one of both of these, or are missing other toes, my sincere apologies, you badass. Please substitude with fingers.

5. Think of a name that seems fitting for your right pinky toe.

6. Breathe at least three solid breaths into your newly named pinky toe. Introduce yourself. (Maybe apologize for taking it for granted. Think of the toesless person...)

7. Thank your pinky toe for always being there and doing the job. But only do so if you really mean it! (Gratitude isn't always accesible when we feel bad and that is okay).

8. (optional) Repeat steps 5-7 for all other toes or for as long as feels good.

9. Mentally return to your "new" friends who love you and are always there for you as often as you can throughout your day and wish them a good night when you go to bed today.

Exercise 4 - I am not my thoughts (Read all steps first before starting)


1. Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes. 

2. Take a few mindful beaths. If you like, you can visualize the path your breath takes from your nose down your throat into your chest and/or belly and back out again.

3. Try to deepen your inhale and slow down your exhale (if this make you uncomfortable, skip this step and simply observe your breath the way it naturally flows)

4.Imagine sitting in a completely dark room. In front of you, TV screens of all sized start to appear, each one displaying what you are thinking. For example: you remember you still need to call a repair shop for your broken dishwasher. Put this thought as a visual on a TV screen (you decide the size) and watch it. 

5. Observe your TV screens. They should mirror your thoughts. Let them pass by and focus on the distance between you and them. 

6. Try and walk backwards away from the tv screens. It doesn't have to be far, just be aware that they are a seperate thing from you. 

7. Practice for as long as you like. With time, the screens will come less and less often and you can focus on the peaceful dark space that lies behind them, eventually reaching a state of no mind. 

GUIDED MEDITATIONS 


Here are some of my favorite guided meditations. Please remember, meditation takes practice. A lot of practice. However, if you do invest the time, you will be rewarded with deeper knowledge, a peaceful state of mind, more awareness, less reactivity and so much more. 

For beginners: 

Meditation by Great Meditation. My absolute favorite meditation for grounding and connecting with earth. Grounding is one of THE MOST IMPORTANT practices on the spiritual journey. You can only fly as high as your roots go deep. Recommended daily. 

Meditation by Great Meditation. Focus on your breath. Awareness on our breath is one of the first practices on the spiritual journey and can help with anxiety, stress, worry, and many symptoms of being out of alignment. Recommended daily. 

In this video, I guide you through an extensive grounding process followed by a deep chakra cleanse. Reiki energy is accompanying you for the entire duration of the meditation. 

Meditation by Lauren Ostrowski Fenton, full body scan. This meditation is a bit long for beginners, however, I added it here because it is fully guided. If you are a beginner, you are likely to fall asleep to this (which is great) so it is recommended to do in the evening, ideally already in bed. 

For intermediates: 

Meditation by Reiki Rachael. Protective shield (great for empaths) with a boost of Reiki energy. This shield will protect you from low vibrational energies that do not serve you. Recommended as often as you feel permeable to other people's energies. Your shield will maintain itself longer and longer the more often you practice this sort of meditation. 

Meditation by Great Meditation. Connect with the inner godess/divine feminine. This meditation is absolutely wonderful and will make you realize you are never alone. This is for ALL genders as everyone has divine inner feminine energy and everyone should strive to be connected to both their divine feminine and divine masculine energies. 

Meditation by Tools for Ascension with Wolfgang. This meditation is to heal the earth and it will make you feel absolutely wonderful. Recommended as often as you feel called to it. 

Meditation by MaryCatherine McNena, including light language clearing. This meditation is for people who feel they are not themselves and who want to do a DEEP CLEAN of their system, freeing themselves from any entities and attachments. It is recommended to light several candles as well as have sage, palo santo, juniper, or frankinscence burning while doing this meditation. You might experience physical discomforts like restless legs, itching, etc, which are all symptoms of release. Repeat this as often as you feel called to. This could change your life. 

For advanced and very advanced: 

Meditation by New Horizon. Meet your higher self. This meditation requires an empty mind, strong clairvoyance, and deep focus. If you succeed, it might just change your life. 

Meditation by New Horizon. Past life regression. This is the best past life regression meditation out there. Bonus: you will meet your spirit animal. Do not attempt when you are tired. It is recommended to clear the mind thoroughly before doing this meditation, through yoga or other means. 

Meditation by Tool for Ascension with Wolfgang. A wonderful meditation to connect with and heal aspects of your inner child. He also has one for the inner teenager as well as mother and father forgiveness, and many clearing/cord cutting/past life healing meditations. You can find all his meditations on Youtube. 

Technical meditations  

for those who are fine tuning their light bodies. 

Meditation by Divine Light Meditation. This is a new channeled technique from St. Germain to upgrade/transform/transmute relationships you have with an individual, a group, and a place (bring them into higher frequencies). This is for people who you want to keep in your life although I have found that, if they are not meant to stay in your life (because it isn't for your highest good), it will cause a gentle seperation. Also works with people who have passed. Absolutely wonderful, kind of addicting, highly recommend! 

Maharic Seal meditation by Ireland Clark. This is THE BEST technique if you are preparing your light body to hold more light and extremely high frequencies. This is also the highest level protection I have found, protecting against the darkest of forces. If done right, this feels a bit like someone hit you over the head, chakras buzzing, breath going to new levels of depth. It is recommended you only do this meditation if you already hold a very high frequency, have unobstructed breath into the root chakra, and have extensive experience with integrating high frequencies.

CHAKRAS and the energetic body

If you feel some of these*...


1. worry, fear, are sick often, feel lonely, have no energy, have financial fears, an unhealthy living situation, anxiety, are scared something bad will happen, have birth trauma, fear of rejection, attachment issues, were abused, are afraid of change, don't like being in your body...


2. trouble with physical intimacy, little to no creative drive, scared to express yourself creatively, have trouble with feelings (your own or others), lack of vitality, don't like to dance, sex addiction, problems with reaching orgasm, frequent bladder infections, prostate or reproductive organs dis-ease, erectile dysfunction, feeling no joy, feeling shame...


3. scared of or strongly dislike critique, feeling powerless, scared to fail, feeling never good enough, easy to manipulate or often maniplates others, feeling inferior or constanly comparing to others, like to, or attract people who engage in power plays, feel guilty a lot, no personal core, can't describe yourself, always apologize, scared of losing control, scared of anger, have issues wih authority...


4. scared to get hurt, problems with intimacy (not the sexual kind), were pushed away or left as a child, had to deal with constant critique as a child/were never good enough for your parents, bad posture, are suspicious of people, didn't get much love or affection as a child, feel unlovable, don't like yourself, carry a lot of sadess, put up walls, have problems with receiving, were abused, suffer from depression, say things you regret in fights...


5. are very shy or very soft spoken, feel powerless, can't commit, have fear of rejection, are inauthentic, had parents who lied a lot, were forced to "quiet down" as a child, often have throat, neck, or teeth issues, care a lot about what others think, can't speak up even though you want to...


6. no inner guidance, highly mental, rationalize everything, see threats everywhere, are aimless, have addictions, don't like to be in your body, have extreme views, are intolerant, are dealing with extreme negative emotions, feel as though there is no point...


7. scared of being alone, feeling disconnected from the whole, scared to lose your identity, no connection to the soul, feeling in the wrong place a lot or like you don't belong on earth...

*These are all illusions. In the greater sense of the cosmos, these are not real. That does not mean you don't experience them as real and they are a very real aspect of the human experience. If you come see me or work with me remotely, I  will help you rid yoursel of these, as long as they do not serve your highest good. It's a promise.

1. Root Chakra:

walk barefoot on the grass/soil/sand!! Take a bath or a hot shower. Do a grounding meditation. Do grounding visualizations. Lie on the ground. Repot your plants. Go into nature, hug trees. Yoga and other body movement, especially anything that moves the pelvis. Sex or intimacy with a partner who makes you feel safe, specifically clearing very early childhood trauma, gratitude practices, releasing existential fears. Eat root vegabtables, listen to 396 Hz, chant "LAAAM", and carry stones like haematite, red jasper, black turmaline or granat. 


2. Sacral Chakra:

move your hips! You can do it! It doesn't have to be rhythmical ;) Eat some spicey food. Do something that makes you feel empowered, wear, eat, and paint with the color orange, heal early childhood trauma, connect to large bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, seas, or the ocean, releasing shame and guilt, explore your sexuality on your own, engage in sensual experiences such as eating with your hands, flirt, do something creative or go somewhere inspiring, listen to 417 Hz, chant "VAAAM", and carry stones like Carnelian or sunstone. 


3. Solar Plexus Chakra:

work on core beliefs, heal childhood trauma, own all your emotions, allow and experience as well as release feelings of guilt, inadequacy, and desperation. Heal the inner pre-teen and teenager, don't shy away from challenges,  take risks, engange in group activities, do yoga and body movements which focus on your core, ab workouts, running, and other high intensity or competitive sports. Listen to 364 Hz, chant "RAAAM", carry stones like citrin or tiger eye and exclusively do, say, wear, eat, etc. only what resonates with your authenic self! 


4. Heart Chakra:

heal childhood and teenage wounds related to rejection, practice self-care, do exercises to foster self-love, practice forgiveness (ex. Ho'oponopono), meditations and yoga to connect to your heart space, work on trusting people, stop negative self talk, allow yourself to feel all emotions, past-life regression healings, embrace all aspects of yourself, listen to 639 Hz, chant "YAAAM", carry stoes like rose quartz, moldavite or lemurian quartz. 


5. Throat Chakra: 

stand firmly in your authenticity and speak your truth, always. Do not speak lies, even if you think you are protecting someone (you are not), value your integrity, do not lie to yourself, sing loudly (even if only under the shower), yoga for the throat chakra, practice gratitude, heal trauma related to being silenced or made to hide who you truly are, do not copy or critique others, listen to 741 HZ, chant "HAAAM", carry stones like lapis lazuli, aquamarie, or celestine.


7. 3rd Eye Chakra:

heal childhood and teenage trauma in relation to illusions/being lied to, any meditations and all other practices that connect you with your intuition, practice your clairs, reduce metal decision making , follow your gut, focus on the big picture, work on trusting in the bigger plan, yoga for the 3rd eye, listen to 963 Hz, chant "AUUUUM", carry stones like blue apatite, iolite, or barite. 


7. Crown Chakra:

heal any trauma related to spiritual, religious or other belief systems abuse, any meditations but especially meditations to foster feelings of oneness and connection to the higher self, yoga for the crown chakra and any inversion movements like handstands, listen to 963 Hz, chant "OM", carry stones like clear quartz, amethyst, or herkimer diamond. The crown chakra often does not require active unblocking but simply 'takes up operations' when the chakra collum below is in alignment.

The AUM 


AUM (nowadays often mistaken for OM) is the ever-present underlying sound of our universe. It is, indeed, the sound of silence and the vibration beneath all that is. If you are looking to invite silence into your life, chant AUM for ten minutes or as long as you like. The effects will be noticable during, but especially after you are done chanting. With daily repetition, the AUM is guaranteed to bring tranquility into your life, improve your mental health, and increase your levels of happiness. Simply, it will raise your vibration.
